His photographs often explore the interplay between transportation, mechanical design, and natural beauty. Some of Evan’s most notable photographic techniques include the use of long exposures, artificial lighting, and multi-layer post-processing methods that harmonize the subject with its environment. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAmong the many places Evan travels to for his images, Alaska holds the most significance. Recently, he completed a body of work titled Ascending Alaska, which compiles four years and seven visits to the magnificent state into one comprehensive series.
