Online Analog Workshop: Blended Exposure with Michael Turek | April 24 - May 15, 2021

This event has already occured

  • Join Leica Store Miami and photographer Michael Turek for a three-part online workshop that teaches you his in-camera, analog Blended Exposure technique.

The first online session will be an introduction to Michael’s unique style of multiple exposures, which is produced entirely in-camera and on film. There will be a showcase of his work, including a discussion of successful and unsuccessful results from the all the technical variations throughout the process.

He will explain the specifics of the technique with a demonstration of the method necessary to achieve similar results with your own analog Leica M camera.

Following a three-week interlude allowing for time to photograph and process a roll of film with their new knowledge, we'll have another online session to discuss student work, provide critique and engage in a wrap-up Q&A period. Between the first and last sessions, each attendee will receive a 1-on-1 Zoom session with Michael to discuss technical challenges and receive feedback.

Along with Michael, Leica Specialist Peter Dooling from Leica Store Miami will be on hand to help facilitate the workshop.
