• This high-speed Leica M lens is the third version in the series.  The design consists of eight elements, one very thick, with two cemented pairs. The compact, lightweight design focuses down to .7 meters and only weighs 250 grams.

  This particular lens is clean and shows signs of normal use. The focusing ring moves very smoothly with nice drag. The aperture ring moves freely with positive detents. The glass is clear and free of scratches, haze, fungus and dust.

  Service has been completed recently by Leica Wetzlar. The work performed was to replace the bayonet mount, and clean, lubricate, and adjust all parts for proper working order.
