• The Leica M6 is one of Leica's most popular cameras.  Purchasing a used M6 is a great way to enter into the world of Leica.  Made between 1984 and 2002, this rangefinder was Leica's most advanced camera at the time.

  This particular M6 is very clean and shows no signs of excessive use. The rubberized mechanical shutter has a nice soft click. The film compartment is very clean and the shutter curtain is in excellent condition. The viewfinder is clear, bright, and fungus free. The cladding is clean with no wear showing.

  Service has been completed recently by Leica. The work performed was to replace base plate, replace battery cover, replace small and large windows, replace rewind button, replace speed setting button, replace carry loops, and to clean, lubricate, and adjust all parts for proper working order.
