Introduced in 1992, this 2x apo-extender uses special high refractive glass to maintain the full apochromatic correction of all apo-lenses of the Leica R-system. It is also suitable for all Leica R lenses with focal lengths 50mm or more and speeds of f/2 or less.

Leica code 11262, 11269 ditto with contacts for R8.

This extender is very clean and shows no signs of excessive use or abuse.
