• The Leica Telyt-R 350 mm f/4.8 was first introduced in 1980 and was manufactured up until 1994. Its optical construction also bears a family resemblance to that of the shorter 250 mm Telyt, but the central positive and negative elements are cemented instead of being widely separated. The mount is also similar with a rotatable tripod collar for horizontal and vertical formats and the built-in lens hood is extendable. The lens can be fitted with electronics for use with the Leica R8.

  This lens is clean with signs of normal use. The  rubber focus ring is lightly faded. The focus ring moves very smoothly with nice drag. The aperture ring has nice positive detents signifying the f/stops. The glass is clear and free from dust, haze, and fungus. The lens has been serviced recently by DAG Camera. The work performed was to clean, lubricate, and adjust all parts for proper working order. Overall, this lens is in excellent condition.
