The “Elsie” teddy bear has been exclusively made by the legendary German company Steiff for Leica. It’s an homage to Elsie Kühn-Leitz, an important figure in the Leitz family.

Made from 100% mohair teddy bear fur, the bear is available in a strictly limited edition of just 500 worldwide.

Lovingly designed with care and attention to detail, “Elsie” wears a charming white cotton blouse, a red bow at her neck, a black wool skirt with the Leica logo, and a stylish hat. She has a miniature replica of the Leica I camera around her neck. A very special and unique collector’s item.
