My favorite thing that nobody knows about…

I love attaching one end of my Peak Design strap to the bottom of my SL2 so the camera hangs vertically agains my hip. It feels so much more secure than the traditional setup since the lens doesn’t stick out as much, and the handgrip of the camera is much easier to grab. Try it - you’ll never look back!

A Leica special edition that I fantasize about...

Leica SL2-S Reporter

Most popular lens in my Lightroom Catalog...

The tried-and-true 24-90mm SL zoom! This lens really does it all, from concerts and weddings to landscapes and portraiture, even Astrophotography!

Always in my carry-on....

Leica Q - no matter where I go, some version of the Leica Q comes with me. Its so small, light, and versatile that there’s really no excuse to leave it at home!

The carrying strap that changed my life…

Peak Design strap ecosystem - it’s never been so easy to change straps and adjust them on the fly!

I never leave home without

Arcteryx Atom LT jacket. You can’t be afraid of changing weather conditions if you want to get out and take good photos! Whether its rain, snow, wind, or sunshine, a great jacket will give you the confidence to get outside, set your lens to f/8 and Be There!

My favorite place to shoot…

Telluride, Colorado. From Summer wildflowers and festivals to Fall Colors and snowy Winter peaks, there’s always something new and exciting to point your lens at! .
