We want you to love what you buy from Leica Store Miami. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

• Within 7 days of purchase (or of delivery, if we shipped your order): return for a full refund.
• Within 14 days: return for store credit.

Condition

Items must come back in the same condition in which you received them, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and paperwork. Warranties and software must not be registered, or must be unregistered, to receive a full refund.

A camera or lens with a broken factory seal, or an item that has been opened and used, is subject to a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee may also apply to any return that does not meet the conditions above.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to your original payment method, up to the amount you paid with it.
• If a trade-in went toward your purchase, its value comes back as store credit, which you can use toward something else. Trade-ins themselves are final.
• Sales tax is refunded on the part of the purchase that is refunded to your payment method.

How to start a return

Please contact us before sending anything back, at info@leicastoremiami.com or 305-921-4433. We will confirm your return and tell you how to send it. You are also welcome to bring a return to our showroom at 372 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

• Special orders and made-to-order items, such as custom Arte di Mano cases.
• Gift cards.
• Film.

Used equipment follows the same return policy as new.
