A Century of Art Deco Elegance
In 1925, Paris celebrated modernity, craftsmanship, and geometry at the Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes — the moment Art Deco reached its radiant peak.
One hundred years later, the Komaru Art Deco Centenary Limited Edition pays tribute to that golden age of design.
Crafted in a limited edition of 250 pieces, each creation is sculpted from a solid bar TA6V Grade 5 titanium, chosen for its strength, purity, and understated brilliance. Its satin finish reveals subtle contrasts of light and shadow, while exclusive engravings—conceived especially for this edition—echo the refined geometry of Art Deco motifs.
As light glides across its surface, a play of matte and polished reflections unveils the timeless sophistication that defines Komaru’s aesthetic.
It includes the innovative dual contour which has already won over thousands of photographers. Both convex on the outside and concave in the center, it makes it easier for the finger to naturally find the center and improves stability at release.
The conical screw on the Komaru Art Deco Centenary Limited Edition is compatible with all Leica models, old or new, and most cameras fitted with a soft-release screw thread. Get your hands on the new Komaru Art Deco Centenary Limited Edition and rediscover what soft release truly means.
