Introduced in 2018, the Leica Q-P takes everything that made the original Leica Q such a success and gives it the understated “P” treatment. The familiar red Leica dot is removed from the front of the camera, while classic Leica script engraving is added to the top plate, complemented by a distinctive matte black finish for an especially discreet appearance. Leica also redesigned the shutter release and power switch for a more refined tactile feel. Underneath, the Q-P retains the outstanding combination of a 24 MP full-frame sensor and Summilux 28mm f/1.7 ASPH lens that made the original Q a modern classic. With its clean, stealthy design and relatively short production run, the Q-P remains one of the most distinctive versions of the original Leica Q.
